Large Water Park
Le Petit-Bois****, our 4-star campsite in Loire-Atlantique with a water park, offers this space for relaxation and entertainment for a comfortable vacation. While the sea is only 1.5 km from the campsite, whether you prefer swimming or sunbathing on the numerous sunbeds, enjoy a pleasant time by our pools adjacent to the terrace of the bar-restaurant. Whether with family or friends, this place will mark your stay in Loire-Atlantique with some refreshing memories (in moderation). Whatever your mood, the campsite's water park will adapt to your desires: sports swimming, paddling in the water, sliding on the slides... There will be something for everyone!
The freshwater lagoon and its white sandy beach!
It's also the perfect spot for a relaxing moment in the sun, lying on a sunbed with a book in hand or with your feet in the sand watching the children play. In the end, the water park is the ideal interlude to relax or let off steam before discovering the treasures of the region or enjoying a friendly meal at the campsite's bar-restaurant. Our lagoon is a sandy beach with naturally treated water, in harmony with nature and ecology. Its shallow depth with a gentle slope allows everyone to swim in tranquility, and the sun naturally heats it up to 30°C during hot weather. OPEN FROM APRIL 5
The covered pool
If you prefer a cooler environment, our campsite with a heated indoor pool is perfect for you. In the water park, this pool connecting to the lagoon and the outdoor pool will offer you moments of relaxation with its gentle balneotherapy in a sheltered environment. OPEN FROM APRIL 5
For your information, only specific pool swimwear is allowed in the water park.
Continue to enjoy the lagoon, covered pool, and outdoor pools until September 15, 2024.

Our water park
The heated outdoor pool
In high season : 10am - 8pm
Heated to a constant temperature of 28°C, the outdoor pool is open from May until the campsite closes. From its central island, spot the balneotherapy area with geysers and waterfall, and with a few strokes, you'll be completely relaxed. It's also the venue for all kinds of activities: water polo, aqua aerobics, water Olympics... the outdoor pool hosts more active sessions if you choose to release the pressure by exerting yourself.
The pools for initiation and fun

Separated from the large outdoor pool by a wooden balustrade, the paddling pool ensures safety and serenity. With very shallow depth, a small slide to experience the first thrill, and water heated to 28°C to keep from getting cold, all that's left is to take out the camera and capture these suspended moments.
Right next door, 3 slides are the meeting point for the fearless. Thanks to the separate reception pool, gaining speed is allowed, and all sliding techniques are fair game! You'll see your tribe burst into laughter, challenge each other, share new sensations—in short, witness a live blossoming.
The heated indoor pool

If spring may bring a few lingering cool breezes, it's no reason to put away your swimsuit. Camping Sunêlia Le Petit Bois offers you its covered and heated pool, adjacent to the bar terrace – two birds with one stone! Under the glass roof, a gentle warmth spreads from the opening of the campsite in April.
The lagoon and its fine sand

Open from April, the turquoise water warms up gently under the Loire-Atlantique sun and can reach 27°C in summer. Treated naturally, the lagoon is in harmony with its environment and welcomes you for a relaxation session. With your feet in the white sand, sunglasses on, and a hat snug on your head, all you have to do is enjoy the gentle way of life on the Love Coast. The gradual slope allows you to watch the children play in complete tranquility.

The beaches of Mesquer-Quimiac.
Is your beach bag ready? Let's head out for an outing on the beautiful beaches of Mesquer-Quimiac. Lanséria Beach is just a short walk away, supervised in the summer, welcoming families with open arms. By continuing to Pointe de Merquel, you reach the 'end of the world,' facing the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer a more intimate setting, visit the small beaches of Moulin or Epis, resembling coves where only the sound of the waves sets the rhythm for the day.
The beaches of Piriac-sur-Mer.
This small character town is like a postcard. After strolling through its cobbled streets, head to Saint-Michel Beach with your family. Monitored and stroller-accessible, the beach has its kids' club and offers activities and sports games all day in July & August. Then, take the customs officers' path and discover the treasures of Southern Brittany. The semaphore, standing on the tip of Castelli, the rocks with incredible shapes and names (Madame's tooth, the monk's crazy hole, the cat's cave, etc.), and the panoramas extending the gaze to the island of Houat... no, it's not a mirage.
Water activities around the campsite
The open sea is calling you? Answer the call! The coastline of Southern Brittany is a perfect playground to try your hand at water sports. You'll be spoiled for choice: kite surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing... The waves and the wind become your best friends.
Our advice: play with the tides and uncover the mysteries of shore fishing. Who knows, you might discover your dinner!
